Professor Lynda Gratton has been awarded the prestigious Warren Bennis Prize for her article “Managers Can’t Do It All.”

The award, administered jointly by Harvard Business Review and the USC Marshall School of Business, celebrates the year’s best HBR article on leadership.

Co-authored by Diane Gherson, the article stood out among a shortlist of exceptional contenders.
