During the pandemic, we know that we had fewer work relationships.

And we have realised is that friendship is so crucial. We know that friendship plays a really important role in why we stay at work and why we become more engaged at work.

So, if you’re a manager who’s asking yourself, how am I going to get people back into the office? You get them into the office because there’s a friend there. That’s something that they can look forward to.
